Why did They Change the Original Neomorph Design in Alien
Why did the filmmakers change the original Neomorph design in Alien: Covenant? Early concepts by Carlos Huante showcased a terrifying and detailed creature, but much of the design was simplified, leaving only the white skin in the final version. The changes were made to streamline the production…

The pathetic obsession with just aliens.
A goblin shark head makes no sense
the final version was way better than the original
We do realize that H.R. Gigers phallic xenomorph artwork PRE-DATES the first film right ?
All he did was stuck a Goblin shark on its head… that's lazy. Probably why
The filmmakers realized that fans loved how the aliens looked. So they decided to do all they could to just duck it. Duck it right in the port hole
Or alternative theory it looked fuckin stupid so they reworked it lol kinda makes it seem less "alien" if it draws inspiration from a creature that lives on earth dont ya think?
Never happened thats not a alien…they always look the same..because their dna overides any host…this is canon ie fact so stop with the crap like this
Hey, I got the best idea what happens if the face hugger attacks a clicker
Bro it's just a bipedal goblin shark
I don’t really care I just watch the films period
The final version the best ❤
Whatever the case, can we at least all agree that the xenomorph has one seriously hyper convoluted ass life cycle with some overly demanding specificities? What even is their most basic form? They have to have parasitized some other sorry lifeform just to exist.. seems a rather flaccid strategy to be "the perfect organism" hellbent on destroying all life which isnt xsnomorphic while also relying on that life for reproduction…
It just looked more like a gobo sharko with a silly sunfish tail on its ass-head.
It was straight up perfectly frightening
Thats a goblin shark
Giger wordt niet geklopt.
If I were to rewrite Prometheus I would have this be the creature that Shaw gives birth to and the final battle would be her fighting this creature with an ax, sometime after she almost kills it the final scene would involve the Neomorph evolving into a classic Xenomorph
Looks like realistic mermaids
The ultramorph is so much more interesting
I like the Goblin Shark one
The neo morphs are more of a biologically accurate xenomorph
They did well.
