No way did they run 13 miles on a single battery-charge. Another video on this said they had multiple battery swaps like race cars at pit stops. So, they couldn't really run a half-marathon. To me, if they COULD have run 13 miles without recharging, THAT would have been the most impressive accomplishment. We KNOW robots can walk, but how long can they function in real-world environments without having to be recharged?
We only had two out of 21 that made it to the end, and they were using controllers, so these are not robots, they're radio-controlled.
