  1. Common now… this is garbage fake news and you know itโ€”it just tried to bruteforce walk through the fence.

You should put the video of the incident (so they can use their own judgement) instead of telling your viewers what happend; not sure if you haven't watched the video yourself and just took the word of the sensetionalistic headlines or if you've posted without integrity.

  2. Reported for misinformation.
In the video, which you didn't show, because it disproves your claims, you can clearly see the robot struggling to keep its balance not actually attacking anyone.

  3. I really don't feel like spending money on chinese tech even if it was affordable, any claims on their capabilities should be taken with a grain of salt considering CCP has officials in every large corporation.

  4. yes. unitree robots are not aware or even false aware. your really misleading people with this title and description. either you really dont understand it or your being purposely fake.
they play preset routines. no thinking there.

  5. I don't understand the need to make ALL robots super powered. "We have created a robot whose only purpose is to dust offices and clean bathrooms. Also, it can benchpress 3000 pounds and run 70 mph."

  6. It got tangled up and tried to keep its balance. It's not attacking, it's desperately flailing to not fall over. You didn't even show the video. This is clickbait.

  7. Digital neural networks show us, on a daily basis, that they have no concept of concept.
How could they act in accordance with Asimov's Laws, when they have no concept of a human being, or harm?

  8. You know it's not bad to be cautious when it comes to autonomous robots but…
Any random humie can glitch out and go aggro too.
So if it's isolated incidents, I don't think the occasional one will be completely avoidable. Even if we do try to make it as infrequent as possible.

  9. I thought the robot that attacked a crowd didn't actually attack a crowd but instead got its legs caught on the fence and started acting in a way that looked like it was attacking the crowd.
