THEIR TECHNIQUE: Very complex. MIND-READING, an AI-manipulated crime has evolved internationally the past years. Many targeted victims have been mind-read and tortured by groups of international criminals working on shifts (via Remote Neural Monitoring system by AI & satellite), which means these victims are being mentally tortured 24/7. They are being targerted for their money, properties, political influence, etc. This is an emerging dangerous crime that leaves almost no trace to the real criminals. The victims are threatened and manipulated to do things as told via mobile hacks and people around them carrying messages/ certain signals. So other people/the public usually think that these victims are the ones who do such things or commit such crimes.
From what I learned from other victims, the criminals can see through the victims' eyes just by using Remote Neural Monitoring AI system and satellite. Look up more on MIND-READING by AI, and hear many people complain about this new crime. I'm astonished to find out that I'm among the victims who are being tortured everyday by some narcissists/psychopaths who lead groups of criminals internationally to target my company/properties and will eventually kill the victims with such tortures. Just like many other victims, we cannot ask for help from the police because it's hard to describe this kind of tortures. This involves threatening and manipulating people around the victims to act certain ways towards the poor victims in order to stress and freak the victims out, i.e. after the victims think of something or plan to do something, these criminals instantly mind-read and contact certain people in the victims' circles or just random people to act in certain ways/say certain things (like zombies) when they meet the victims on that day or a future date to disturb and stress the victims out. These people do not understand what's really going on because each of them is just a piece in a big puzzle. This happens continuously 24/7, every step the victims take. So it's very painful to the victims, and it breaks the victims' relationships, isolating them from the world. Sounds crazy, but these criminals are really crazy!! These "slow-kill" tortures go on for months or years until the victims cannot take it anymore. I've experienced and found out that this is not only to manipulate the victims but also to destroy them along the way. This technology is a lethal weapon too as it can target and attack any part of a body/organ remotely via electromagnetic radiation (EMR), causing sudden stroke or cancer depending on the torturing purpose and exposure monitored by these sick criminals.
This is an organized international crime happening in the US and Vietnam, spreading to Asia, Europe, Africa. A lot of people who are not aware of this new crime do not understand what the victims go through, so they just think that these people are weird or talking non-sense. I see a lot of victims helplessly calling out for help. I cannot fathom the facts that they are treating people like dogs and puppets, making the whole world looks like a RIDICULOUS CIRCUS!! A lot of "terrorizing attacks" (plane crashes, fires, shootings, car crashes, etc.) around the world the past years have been done by these criminals in order to traumatize the victims (including normal people, businessmen, bank personnels, government officials) and make them so scared that they have to do as told. Besides the fact that they wanna target someone/something in these attacks, the attacks also have something related to certain victims of RNM (mentioned above) at certain times so that only the victims can recognize or at least have doubts and have to act on those fears. These terrorizing attacks are conducted deliberately scattering around the world to make it hard to trace and hard for everyone to understand what's really happening.
Even technology like controlling animals (using chips on insects, reptiles…) to scare and attack civillians have fallen into the hands of these sicko criminals!! It's hard to stop these sickos because they have spies/controlled certain people at local police stations/ Interpol/ FBI/CIA/ US military/ Vietnam's police & military… In the worst case, they can detect and remotely control any authorities publicly trying to stop them. Miltary playing dei games in busy public air space is insane. Everyone who has authorized this through the years should be charged retro actively
I listened to a Blackhawk pilot that flew that route for several years and he said he never saw a plane land on 33, but it was common for him to get directions from ATC to hold at Haines Point, and that may have been why. It seems a reaonable ask to have a hold point when a plane is coming in for 33.

Why weren't those chopper routes NOTAM'd/temp closed due to circle-to-land approaches on 33?
That's on the FAA/ATC for keeping the routes open.
It's on tower/ATC to clear a path when a pilot is on an instrument approach, and other pilots too

The evidence supports that the Federal government contributed to this accident via two of its entities:
FAA – Responsible for a 200 foot AGL chopper route near short final
FAA/ATC – For keeping chopper routes open, despite landings on 33
FAA/Tower – Possibly for giving aircraft landmarks to scan, but not including clock direction
Military – Responsible for the chopper flight's safe operation
This was not a new discovery. These problems were reported to the FAA almost 2 years ago and have been common knowledge in the industry for almost a decade.

16 years as a military helo pilot. At those altitudes, we use RADAR ALTIMETERS almost exclusively due to ground proximity.

Bullshit, this is cover arse of your FAA and NTSB worthless government agency's inept and inertness. You do not allow or rely on two aircrafts do a visual at night, over a brightly lit city, and never intersect with a minimum altitude of 100 feet. The air traffic controller was responsible for the crash.
Just curious, why is the helicopter doing this zig zag pattern towards the air port versus a straight line approach??

How about no routine helicopter flights on that route at night until after 11:00 PM when the airport is closed.
Helicopters should just flat out have their OWN airport or their own restricted flight area where they CANNOT go anywhere near where planes fly and their space is all there's where planes won't enter also!
I don't think the fact that TCAS RA's were triggered is as big a deal as it's being made out to be. There are a lot of busy airports where RA's are commonplace. SFO, DEN, SLC etc. A TCAS RA isn't the reason the crash occurred. It occurred because the chick flying their helicopter was a bad pilot, crashed into passenger jet and killed a bunch of innocent people. Why was such a bad pilot allowed to fly?
