She was an very dedicated scientist. She traveled along the western front in ww1. Helping the soldiers by taking x rays before operations. And payed the ultimate price for it. She died of disease probably because of that period in the hospitals of ww1. A strong woman who paved the road for many women after her. She worked in science as a woman when it was a struggle to do so. And elevated herself above the field of scientists. An awesome feat
