  2. "That makes this valve unreliable". Mmh? Remind me of the make, please ๐Ÿ˜Š?

If Toyota or Honda has designed the valve body, the design would've been either inherently more reliable or, the plunger would've had closer tolerances and then properly coated with low-friction coatings, to ensure proper function even with radial loads. Oh, and they'd have put the compressor above the wade depth…..

This is a perfect example of design ethos of LR vs Japanese.

    Great video, Dan.

  3. I had to watch Mr, Frank Visser. And hear you talking dutch is just very strange lol. Great find on that Turbo do. To all dutch people. Mr Frank Visser sbs 6. De aflevering van 27 maart.

  4. Worked for land rover for years only changed one reservoir vale block. They suffer with compressor failure and wiring issues.if I am looking for leaks connect the workshop air supply in to the feed of the reservoir valve block then use scan tool to control the system much easy to find with out a running engine or vehicle compressor

  5. Dan this is the first video of yours that Iโ€™ve watched but Iโ€™ve subscribed on the basis of it. Your diagnosis process is great. I love your use of diagnostic equipment as an aid rather than just reading the code and replacing whatever it told you was โ€œbroken.โ€ Also love the outtakes. A big thumbs up to you. Keep up the great work ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  6. I am a loyal fan and watch all of your videos. They are all top notch. I do have a question on this video Dan. I also watch SMA and PHAD videos and they always use test lights that draw similar amps to what is being tested. Your tiny test light seemed dim and under powered. I know you are right and know what you are doing but wonder if a bad ground could have caused similar problems.
