Just a note for this video. I mention the goal zero cable that can be used to extend the distance of the solar panel. Now I have come to use it (another video coming), I have found even though the sockets are compatible, the depth isnt quite right so the positive part of the cable doesn't make contact. So you need to cut abit off. I will show this in a future video.

The panels are garbage and break very easily. I have a jackery 500 and the folding panel that came with it. I have had the model for 2 years. We used the set to power our aspernova 12v fridge which id did fine till this summer. In total we went camping and used the panel 10 times in 2 years. I kept the panel in the original bubble wrap and box after every use. Stored inside my home securely between uses. I babied the thing as the panel is obviously once you get it extremely fragile, thin and weak panel construction with ZERO support to the back sides. It failed that last trip. I contacted Jarkery about the broke product and all I got back was nothing, zero, crickets. Shitty product ( the panel) from shitty company that ignores requests to back up their product. Avoid their panels, there are far better options out there. I have no complaints about the 500 power station seems to do its job just the bloody garbage they peddled me for a solar panel. Save your money find a reputable company.
After one year and half the panel jackery 100w its stop working anyway , its not very safely and its very expensive so jackery it's not the best solar panel…!!!๐๐๐๐๐
I just returned my 100w panel..it just stopped working after 2 months.. I researched and surprised to find these panels have a history of pooping out due to wiring issues. I do plan on purchasing another. Not sure if this panel is durable enough to be set up and put away daily.. ๐ฎ

I just bought aJackory 1500 and it comes with two panels. Once itโs fully charged how long and how much can it handle? I live in the United States in Louisiana and we have roughly 3 to 4 months of hurricanes season and I wanna know the longevity of the battery. For saying if thereโs cloud cover for 2 to 3 days at a time.
Just brought three panels and the Jackery 1000, already have the Jackery 300. Now I'm looking forward to getting out and putting this thing to a test.

Hi great video ,wondering is it possible to use a renogy 100w panel and wire to jackery plug as it has mppt controller built in as dont want to go down the leisure battery controller route as already have jackery , any thoughts ?? Thanks

I plugged my solar saga 100w into my jackery 1000 and am getting 124 watts. 2/23/2022 @ noon in San Diego CA, USA. I plugged an HQST 100w flexible panel in and the best I got was 80 watts. I switched the panels back and forth for a half hour or so and the results were consistent. I put the HQST in front of the Jackery so both had the same angle to the sun. I am still surprised at the Jackery's output. At 1:30 the Jackery is putting out 99w and the HQST is at 77w.
you did not show how to hook it up. you talked about the parts then you went to the next day with the solar power outdoors
