If your parents weren't told about you having a sibling and you lived near each other, its likely that you were part of a blind experiment or that your bio parents put you up for adoption at different times.
Love all the people in the comments being sooooo sure the parents aren't to blame, as thought abusive family members aren't the cause of at least 50% of s*icides among teenagers. Not saying this is the case here, but I feel like automatically assuming that it's not is a bit naive.

Sadly the system of adoption has many flaws, I speak as an adoptee, an adopter and a councillor for those with adoption based issues.
Go and meet them, it'll be tough, probably emotional but maybe hold some healing for all of you.
And remember there's probably not an hour in any day since your twin brother took his own life that they haven't blamed themselves and asked what could we have done better.

Many years ago when I was still in school l went into school one morning. The first group of friends I met up with, 1 fainted, one fell to the ground and another fan away screaming " you're dead". Turned out a classmate also called Marion, had been killed in a farming accident the day before. Half the class mistakenly thought it was me.
so 2 korean children were adopted from the same orphanage to the same country, same state and a few miles apart? and one lived miserable but the family could adopted from a foreign country
