“I am a late bloomer” got me hooked!
I turned 18 a few months ago and very recently, I had to go through a severe series of depression and anxiety. I was so frustrated by the fact that I wasn't able to be happy and thought that's how I'd be feeling forever. During my last depressive episode, I was asked some really basic questions which made me realise that I was so caught up in my problems and feelings that they became my identity and apart from them I had NOTHING. so here we are
This was two years ago…. here I am, the late bloomer, like her just watched her talk. Thank you for coming out to talk and be proud its OK to be late bloomer. ❤
