For those who donโt know, when given taxi instructions and needing to cross a runway before getting to your designated runway, you need clearance. The American Airlines B777 needed to hold short. Therefore, it is the American Airlines B777โs fault for two things actually. 1. For not taxiing to runway 4L (the pattern was 4L that day) 2. For not holding short of that runway.
For Context:
