Two stoned guys putting things in order, lol!
This is scripted interaction, something everyone is doing these days. It's a damaging ideology, largely promoted by Elon. "Fake it until you make it" is the mantra โ all just to secure funding for a "dream" thatโs little more than a mirage. THERANOS-like schemes are everywhere. Elon claimed back in 2016 that self-driving cars would be here by 2017. It's now 2025, and we still donโt have them in the way he envisioned. They're not actually interacting with the environment; theyโre just following a script that happens to appear realistic. Itโs not impressive to watch.
Tesla did something similar a couple of years ago, and it was proven to be a fake. The technology just isnโt there yet. The real strategy is to keep pretending for years, maybe even a decade, until true AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) arrives, then claim, "We invented it!" But thatโs not true. The servos and chips used to build these robots have been available for a long time. The real progress comes from companies like NVIDIA, which improve their chips every couple of years. When true AGI chips arrive, thatโs when weโll see autonomous robots, but as you can probably guess, it wonโt be because of Tesla or any other company โ itโll be because of companies like NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, or Apple. Building a robot chassis is easy; the tough part is creating the brain, and these companies havenโt cracked that code yet. This is just a scam to keep a project going until the right chips finally come along.
1:19 Are you holding the object? I'm holding the object. Then put it in the right place. Cyclops eye contact.
Wow, that's impressive progress. How about a competition? These two things versus a 5 year old child with one day training?
Whoever completes the task the fastest gets a lollipop. Maybe clumsy Joe would beat them. ๐คฃ
