Forbidden Tunnel inside the Bent Pyramid of Dahshur

When I was alone inside the Bent Pyramid which is located in Dahshur south of Giza and the Great Pyramid, I noticed a door that was locked. It had a hole in the fence so I decided to climb through to see what is inside.
I found myself in a long and steep passage and there was a pit which was covered with wooden planks. Also there was a very strong wind coming from this tunnel.
On the right side there was a white limestone block that was sticking out of the floor which made it look very special.
I continued to walk inside the tunnel and I switched off my flash light to see if there was any light coming from the end of the passage. It was pitch black dark.

  2. No hieroglyphs inside the pyramids is so strange, Egyptians were crazy about putting markings on everything, but for some reason the Pyramids are empty of any writings…

  3. Wonder, why the stone wasn’t cleaned
to see if it has any inscriptions on it.
Also, why does the passage not excavated and cleaned, with light installed?
And what is under the wooden planks?
Why has the locked door got a hole in it?
Am I the only one curious?

  4. The holes in the wall at the beginning are for logs that would have supported a platform or some kind of hoist. That's definitely an area with a specific purpose.
