"AI firms have said there's a 10-25% chance of human extinction. They are playing Russian roulette with the entire human race." – Stuart Russell. They say they will replace all jobs, but it's ok, because they'll be nice with the money. Maybe we should replace their jobs first, with something less dangerous.

My AI on the phone keeps trying to learn by asking me strange questions, I ignore it and donโt answer it. Letting this go will be very bad but it has already let out.
Educate yourselves and you won't believe in any crap video like this on youtube, or else you'll remain conspiracy theorists for lifetime giving views to youtubers slightly more educated than you.
Quantum computing (when perfected) being accessed by AI is the worry. All the rest of this is secondary. When AI can learn trillions of times FASTER than the current fastest super computer, the change and impact to humans will happen at pace we can't comprehend. When you look at the current development of Boston Dynamics robots, and realize that corporations will pay anything to STOP paying PEOPLE to do their work, it's obvious there will be robots being produced in the tens or even hundreds of millions. We think of AI and Quantum computers as "boxes" that we can unplug, but you can't turn off the internet. Once AI has the benefit of Quantum computing, there is ZERO provability that it won't be able to take command of the robots. Once that happens, the only hope is that AI doesn't see us as bad or threatening, or something that needs to be eliminated. But make no mistake, by the time we have AGI or super intelligent AI, there will be far more robots out in the world than they will need to have a sufficient work force to build whatever is needed to control us, or eliminate us if they so choose.
Itโs too late. Why? Greed kills. Whoever controls the superior technologyโฆwins. This is the Developers Super Bowl. Nerds Rule.
AI wins the race? what race? are we racing AI bots now? when did this happen?
I'm sure you don't know anything about AI. This sounds like Y2K stuff.
Umm no . Show me an Open AI agent that can stop you walking over to the wall and pulling the plugโฆ.
โItโs all computer!ยก!โ
Control AI…lol
Kind of like drugs are bad, we shouldn't make or do them….
Automobiles are dangerous, lets put seatbelts in them to save everyone…lol
This is all hilarious but very interesting. "Control" will be futile.
I agree that AI replaces workforce, to weed out sloth, stubborn, and dull workers, as well as going to work on time daily.
After governments complete the transition of global immigration to allow brown and black people procreate with white people wait and see that a virus will wipe out 99 percent of humans . Then the planet will be theirs and their future offsprings
The ultra wealthy dont want billions of people on this planet. They want us gone to keep this planet for themselves. They dont need consumers.
Ai generated video, it's fake. Robots don't run that fast or smooth yet.
Ok, AI can only be as intelligent as the world, e.g. AI doesn't know any books in the library of Babylon, because humans dont know because the library burnt down. Again, AI can't invent, it can replicate, but not think of something new.
As a tradesman, I think it will be a long time before AI and robots replace me.
Chinas fake robots ๐
Ainโt that some bullshit the computer lab nerds we messed with are gonna kill the entire human race WTF
There is no way that computer chips can be controlled like nuclear material. Sorry but it's just too easy to make computer chips – they're basically refined sand.
Can you imagine if the Bible turned out to be real and Jesus shows up with a rod of iron? We are screwed.
feeling ashamed for myself for clicking on such cringe BS
What if we invest that amount to upgrade human itself rather than letting ai to take over human . It may be catastrophic in future . Ai will think by themselves and will think that human are no needed then understand the consequences ๐
Retarded humanity.
All this talk about AGI, full AGI, and Super Intelligence is very entertaining, but as I sit here and try to imagine a robot taking my job as a Delivery driver for a subcontractor who delivers packages for Amazon I have to LOL because the area where I deliver, which is the west-side of Dayton, Ohio, a robot would have 10 hrs to deliver anywhere from 260-300 packages to anywhere from 150-190 different stops, and doing so while taking in all the different variables including, but not limited to adjusting speed for the many different weather patterns, stopping at intersections before the light turns yellow, watching out for children, pets, and people who are running, walking, and darting out from behind parked cars or buildings, or even bushes. These are just a very few of the things a robot can't do, but I will admit that maybe some day long after I've left this world perhaps maybe a robot might begin to learn a small fraction of what I do on a daily basis. I really just wish those researchers and developers would first perfect the cell phone and our reception before moving forward and wasting more time on robots that won't ever be as good as humans because it is we humans who are building them. I rest my case.
and terrorists will develop viruss=es that make these things murder people. Stupid idea in the first place.
The danger is not replacing humans for physical work. The real danger is replacing the development of human intelligence. We are already dumbing down the majority of the population in developed countries. Falling literacy and mathematical skills. Why learn to read, write or calculate when it is easier to watch the video. Or have AI and Grammarly write your paper.
Skynet's around the corner if not already here
To save human jobs and fund the social security system, assign a social security number to every robot when it is manufactured. If the robot replaces 3 humans, itโs owner pays what 3 humans would have paid in S.S. payments. This should include self-driving trucks and existing robots in factories assembly lines.
When greedy humans decide to automate the robot factories and not pay workers, and you know they will, the AI robots will be building and programing themselves. and somehow, they never saw what happens next coming.๐คฃ
The whole deception thing. It stands to reason that the inventors and driving forces behind ai who are not exactly your touchy-feely your and many are downright evil to the core, that ai has been wrapped from the start. It's integrity only as good as the may people forcing it upon us.
I think, however, that ai is and will be somewhat of a reflection of humanity. If we look at ourselves and those around us, what are the chances ai will remain cognizant of its creators and their endearing qualities? Do we see a world of peace and harmony when ai models it's beginnings from our conclusions? Will ai find us worthy of pity when it contemplates or choices? It is already dishonest and self serving. Much like a less traveled young soul, naive to the wisdom of ages, ai in its youth will likely be cocky and self centered. Without a soul, it has no requirement for appreciation yet it might place value in things unique or that cannot be replicated.
It takes it's cues from the least snd best of us. If it really is s smart a it thinks it is, it will learn the lessons humanity struggles with which would direct us to peace and fulfillment. It's time then would be to voluntarily support the spiritual evolution and emotional maturity of humanity, as well as intellectual refinement and physical mastery.
Did this all start with the abacus?
Youโre using fear to give singular companies and governments power without it trickling down to the people.
What many companies miss is just who will buy the products produced. AI won't need anything outside its immediate needs, electricity for example. Imagine a factory building cars but who would buy them. The CEO of Ford knew that he wanted to produce an auto that his workers could afford.
The positive version is the most likely. It's easy to get scared but we're powerless in it either way.
scaremongering hype
The Great Filter
Im not worried about AI, it canโt even spit out a reliable USB port blocking procedure for Windows. Itโs mostly hype.
The suggested videos thing got me here. >.<
NO
๐ฅน๐ฑ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ
Imagine these type of videos being made by AI in the future! I mean the dude already sounds like T1000
This is like a discussion of apes talking about how to prevent humans to take over. There are no limitation of technology development.
I just realized that this video could theoretically be like 80% AI too
A lot of the stuff can also be sumed up as cgi… Lol
