Meet Dr. Reena Lamichhane-Khadka, a CHSU professor in the Department of Biomedical Education and Director of Academic Achievement. She, along with four CHSU-COM students, is collaborating with CSUB researcher Dr. Antje Lauer on a research project titled “Detection of Coccidioides from Dust Samples Collected in Fresno and Kern Counties.”
This project offers students a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on lab experience while supporting CHSU’s mission to “Serve the Valley.”
Dr. Khadka encourages all research-driven students to get involved—and to showcase their work at Research Day on May 3, 2025.
