For the present, Biden's Infrastructure Law that is rebuilding America, is creating millions of jobs that can't be outsourced, and his Inflation Reduction Act that subsidizes commercial and residential solar panel and heat pump installation will create construction jobs, plus his CHIPS and Science Act has triggered 8 large corporations to announce expansions and plant beginnings in many states.
After 2030, the future is simply uncharted for workers, especially with Artificial Intelligence.
