Ancient Archaeological Discoveries: Mountain Temple and Lost Rock Art!

History, archaeology, mythology and adventure are fused when it comes to El Dorado, but Colombia holds another legend of a great hidden treasure hoard.

Deep in the Andes Mountains, pre-Colombian Muiscas built sacred temples dedicated to the Sun and the Moon, enriched with incalculable tons of gold and silver offerings. When the Spanish invaded in 1537, gold was plunderedโ€ฆ but vast quantities of silver vanished into the mountains, hidden in a cave by indigenous warriors.

Join us on a Colombian mountain adventure discovering lost temples, hidden rock art, and uncharted archaeology, as we hunt for the legendary lost treasure of the Temple of the Moon.

  1. There is a Tanzanian rat sort that can be trained, and lives between eight and eleven years. That way, you can use a rat as a drone to go inside cavities that could be much larger inside. As silver copper and bronze does have a smell, and also mummies smell is peculiar,
But more local and more funny is to train a monkey to do the job as well. Their sense of smell might be less than the rat. But in many places in the world, monkeys are trained to steal specific items. The problem with monkeys is they are too active to have a good view with the camera.
So a device to give the monkey instructions might be needed, like helmet earbuds for motorbike communication.
The smartest monkey is the Capuchin monkey, lives in Central America, and down to Ecuador along the coast jungles. They are mascots. Very popular. If kept by humans, they can live up to 40 years, in the wild, between 15 and 25. As you guys are foreign in these countries, see if some you know wants to adopt the monkey and keep its tricks well-trained, lol.
The reason why is that many cave tombs are inside a smaller place. But if a folk has to hide objects of sacred meaning, like idols or important writings, pre hieroglyphs style that is. They will use the smallest person of the folk to get inside and hide the gear, if not they'll use a child. Dwarfism was also occurring in the Americas. Many were shamans.

Another trick is to use incense sticks to feel if there is air running when there is no much wind. Most caves have a corridor that leads to some opening elsewhere.
For the Tanzanian rat, go to Google and write: ""Forget dogs: These rats could be the future of search and rescue

Researchers are training rodents with tiny backpacks to sniff out survivors"".

You guys do what my father did back in the 60's and 70's, looking for Paititi in the Peruvian 'ceja de selva' and deep jungles.
Great videos you are doing. I watch this Spanish guy in Barcelona, he finds lots of "La Civilzacion Madre" objects around Montjuic and Montserrat. Like the dolmens you found, and cassoulets all over the place, paths that were constructed between 10,000 BC and 5000 BC, still in perfect condition.
Worth to watch, as the finds he makes are of much primitive style, the caves made for initiations, not one, but many where a human hardly can get through. Doorways where you must do a reverence, such things. His name is Eliseo Lopez Benito. Pure magic.
Great job you do guys, i love it.

  2. I surmise we've been around a lot longer than we think. I can't help but think back to Pangea and when it would have slowly split apart, could we have been around for that? We see dolmens, similar engineering, similar religious sites, stories and/ or creation myths all around the world which says to me at some point we were all a bit closer than we are now in terms of physical distance.
