  1. 😢 I seem to be having some issues totally opposite of what these are saying. I love the carnivore diet and have been on it since January but I have hit a stall, not sleeping at night and fatigued most of the day. Would love to speak with someone to help me through this rough spot.

  2. I don't like AI videos but this one at least is not only produced well, the information shared is well thought out. It's clear you didn't just ask AI to produce a video for you on this topic and then post it. Most AI producers don't take the time to improve the quality of the video, it's obvious you have.

  3. Recently added fresh milled grains to my diet improves my digestion. I buy organic spelt, rye, oats and buckwheat and grind it myself. One meal adding in store bought breads reversed it by the next day. Working on a sourdough starter to further improve digestion by eating homemade fresh milled bread, in addition to the realized nutrients from the organic grains. I'm not seeing lower extremity edema when eating the fresh milled grains like I do with store bought.

However, the rest of my diet is grass fed beef, chicken, and salmon, butter, tallow, olive oil, eggs, plus low carb veggies like broccoli, collards, and green beans. Plan to try okra soon.

Personally, I cannot just do carnivore due to previous uric acid kidney stones from too much protein doing Atkins and got lazy not eating enough veg or drinking water, etc.

  4. I've been eating carnivore style / very low carb for a year and a half.
I couldn't list all the health benefits I'm enjoying!! But the video touches on a lot of them! ❤
I agree with everything mentioned in this video. The benefits are spot-on!

  5. This pyramid is 1000x better than the old one, but for optimal health drop the high oxalate leafy greens. Humans can't digest greens (ruminant animals can), so all the nutrients they purport to have aren't bioavailable. Also greens contain anti-nutrients.

  6. In my mid fifties and I'm fairly healthy. I've been migrating myself toward more carnivore diet for about a month. Waste is already starting to shape up. I can't wait to see how well this goes.

  7. Almost 3 years carnivore, pre diabetes gone, arhritc pain gone, high blood pressure gone , excess fat and inflammation gone cognition brain fog gone probably a few more but you get used to feel great as your normal 👍💪

  8. Great info but the AI voice is not conducive to excitement and although I'd like to suggest this video to my friends I know they will likely turn it off before getting to the "meat" of the info.
I'm carnivore for 2 years and love spreading the word.
Any chance of a better AI voice with better infection?

  9. Your molars are not meant to break down the fiber of plants they are meant to break down the fiber of meat you look at a herbivores teeth and they will be large flat surface area that's not the same with a human who's molars are ridged minute to cut and break down sinew and Gristle not plant fiber

  10. Great study ! My mom is a diabetic and a nurse working with doctors who do gastric bypass/sleeve surgeries. She still holds on to the nutrition information from the 90’s and warns me against the keto low carb diet. I’ll share these new facts with her.

  11. I stared Carnivore a little over 3 months ago. Within 10 days my blood pressure was at normal range, my blood sugar dropped to normal. As of today I went from 516lbs to 462 in 3 months. My Gerd is gone, bloating is gone, all swelling has subsided, energy is up, my ability to gain muscle increased, my toe nails have cleared up drastically (almost healed completely) my skin doesn't look thin anymore, my feet have almost quit peeling, my libido has sky rocketed and another benefit let's just say thing are no longer wood but steel 😂.

I couldn't stand without pain. Started cooking while sitting in a chair. Now I stand and cook. My entire body is in way less pain. Not completely out of pain because I'm still 462lbs but the dramatic change I've felt has given me hope for a pain free future.

My wife started out at 168lbs at 4'10 (yes we look funny together because I'm 6'2") she is now down to 124lbs. She no longer has painful menstrual cycles and she now is able to run 12 miles a week. We are both in our late 40's.

One thing ive noticed is if I eat a seasoning that has onion powder in it my gas comes back.

  12. Recently started OMAD (fairly easy, as I have rarely eaten breakfast). Most days less than 50g carbs. I had put on 14lb over 2 years due to Christmas and occasional treats, and failure to weigh myself regularly. Weight is now going down steadily and feel good. (74year old female.)
Thank you for clear and concise info on benefits of carnivore living.
Would love a poster of new pyramid for my kitchen wall.
    🇬🇧

  13. Just reading the comments is amazing.

Just turned 62 and I feel like I have my 20 year old body back. <– What do I do with that? 🤣 Seriously on Carnivore MENU (I refuse to use DIEt as the term) now since January 2024. Went into Ketosis on/around December 2024 and that is when the weight loss began. I am 120 pounds for the first time in more than 20 years. The energy is off the charts. Mental clarity is through the roof. Everything works great and do not have restrictions. My chiropractor gave me the 👍 to ride 🎢again and I will not disappoint. Since 2/6, have ridden 🎢80 times! Now that is a number I do not mind keeping track of. Riding also releases those happy endorphins (at least for me) which have long-term effects. ❤😄

Very glad for this video. I was hoping for the link to the Harvard study and did not find it.

  14. Carnivore/Lion. 59 years old. Train hard 6 – 7 days per week. OMAD. Increased energy and endurance. No energy slumps. Able to maintain focus & attention throughout the day. Increase in musculature despite being post menopausal. Low body fat with muscular definition whilst eating fatty cuts of meat, eating half a pack of butter a day and up to ten eggs. Mainly eat beef, butter, eggs, Redmonds salt, tallow and drink around three litres of water per day. A Professor checked my blood work and said it’s perfect, carry on doing what you’re doing! 😁🙌🥩

  15. As a 65 yo male, I was a metabolic syndrome nightmare. High b/p, cholesterol 199, 396 lbs 5'7".After 3 years on carni-ketovore diet I have lost 148 lbs, and new b/p 105/98 and A1cHb from 6.3 to 5.5.ldl from 36 to 55 after carnivore. I feel sharper and better than when I was 50.Hardly ever hungry and really don't miss sugar at all. Not 1 slice of bread or kernel of rice or grain of sugar in 3 years. Sounds hard but the results made it a permanent lifestyle.
