  1. WOW! I needed to hear this. As I age ( I turned 60 this year) I am gaining weight, cholesterol rising, blood pressure out of whack, hair loss, not handling life stresses, long term antidepressants (I mean 30+ years) , had hysterectomy at age 26 and started HRT (Premarin)….doing that for 30+ years. I think I'm a mess and perhaps should be in a study! This has opened my eyes about the rest of my life. I am going to be binge watching you. Thank you very much for all your work!!
