  1. everyone believes their food choice is the best, but look at your body, you are not athletic and you will not live 140 so your tips are worthless. tuna can is junk food, just because you are a youtuber or a doctor, from my perspective you are not different than the 97% of people i see when paying in the supermarket, who never learnt nutrition enought as to realize the 97% of products must never be bought. PEOPLE DESERVES THEIR ILLNESS. you build your fate. do yourself a favor, and build a home gym, get air purifiers, take hundred supplements a day, drink fresh goat milk on a daily basis eat young cow meat, quit eggs and chicken, stop driving car, hang out in the forest.

  2. Walmart's groceries are 99% GMO and sugar-laden. I've had veggies that stayed stuck in my intestines and wouldn't move, leading up to a dangerous clog had I not drank plenty of water. The only few organic, non GMO things available at Walmart are frozen berries, grassfed butter imported from Ireland and grassfed ground beef. I switched to shopping at Whole Foods for my veggies and no issues with digestion.

Not every product is available in every store. The good stuff is sold at Walmarts in upscale neighborhoods.

  3. folks, do you really believe that wild salmon is wild, that organic is really organic?! Come on, specially not in usa, be real! What you have in USA is poison, organic in usa is normal food in europe, and organic in europe is miles away from organic in usa. Unfortunately. Do not believe to chain stores at all.

  4. I have seen the A2 milk at Walmart in Alabama. I buy goat cheese, Palmini linguine, coconut milk, wild caught Mahi, Mahi, and a lot of the products I need for my new lectin free diet there.

  5. My Walmart has a probiotic plain yogurt (Mountain High), Bob's Red Mill has many alternative flours available, my favorite chips are their organic, baked blue corn, A2 milk, organic light roast coffee, organic chicken and grass fed, grass finished beef as well as bison (Marketplace). I don't know where you get your info. Did you check their website for the allulose.

  6. If I run out of my meat from delivery, Walmart has organic ground beef, it says grass-fed. Not sure if it’s grass finished. They also have Applegate deli meats, and Roxy organic chicken. I usually order online and use the pickup service.

  7. I’m wondering if non-gmo allulose is dried at harvest with glyphosate as they do with non gmo wheat, oats sugar beets (to make table sugar), etc. In that case, you would want to buy organic allulose. I don’t buy that you can wash off most of the herbicides and pesticides on foods. The spray gets into the soil and gets systemically distributed.

  8. Thank you as always.
Can you pls do a deep dive into Braggs organic apple cider vinegar. That is what I use however, even though organic apples are used, they are «apeel«. Which is bad for us.
    Your sanity is appreciated.

  9. I love the Lindt 100% cocoa chocolate bars. Very bitter, but only 3 ingredients (cocoa mass, cocoa powder, cocoa butter) and NO sugar!!! I cannot stomach any other chocolate now, even 95% is too sweet! Bad news about the coffee though – I like my coffee the way I like my chocolate – strong, black and bitter.

  10. With the economy the way it is due to the high inflation, it's tough buying the good stuff when the regular brands are so much cheaper. Thanks for suggesting your favorite brands though.
