  1. So, about this 20%. When I took my tour at Thrust, I asked this question specifically, and he said about 90%. I understand that the hiring market has changed, slowing down the flow to the airlines, and nobody expects a 100% or a guaranteed job, but now it's 20%? Does that mean Thrust isn't turning over the zta CFIs when they reach their ATP minimums? The most valuable and certainly the most important selling point of a ZTA style program is the time building phase working as a CFI and if there's only a 1 in 5 chance of that happening now then I'll need to reevaluate some plans.
