I have been in love of your channel since the beginning and I have been a subscriber since then as well. I have always enjoyed the fact that you have never gone the way of the click bait or strayed from facts to controversy. I have also enjoyed the addition of David to your channel. But, have one question? What happened with doing top 10 type videos? 15 minutes of facts and narration would leave me with the feeling that I completed what I started. I realize that I have OCD and that is my problem but, what prompted the format change? Is this a new YouTube content requirement or something? Please just someone help educate me on this change.

Hey Katrina! Newfoundlander here. Have you heard of L'Anse aux Meadows here in Newfoundland? Its an old Viking Settlement, that still stands to this day, almost as it did back when it was first built. I would love it if you checked it out!
Also: I love the attempts at pouncing the names right for our province and its little towns. Here's a little hint for the names; Newfoundland = New- Found – LAND. Ferryland is Ferry-LIND, you were honestly so close! I love the attempt! Not many will try and actually get the names right for our little Island and its special little towns.

Hi y’all and I hope everyone is doing well. So glad to see Steve is enjoying himself and finally seems to be a bit more relaxed than he’s been for a while now. So I noticed in the one email he read the guy said he was hit in the back by a rather large rock. This was one time I read that a person was struck in a vulnerable area with the intention of really causing serious injury. All of the other incidents seemed to say the objects thrown were either small(pebble, round type river eroded stones) objects or if larger then they were thrown with the seemingly intent of getting attention,( rocks thrown towards the middle of a lake or pond, or trees, bushes being shaken), but never( and this is only from letters written here or a few others I’ve read on other shows, so I’m Not saying it Never happened so for hard heads out there don’t have a cow). So my simple point is this incident seemed out of the norm and this particular forest being may have problems of some sort (mental illness or just a miserable shit who hates everything ( hey we have them by the bucket in our culture too).
Just putting it out there as an observation. I’ll go duck in my cave now before those tomatoes start flying lol.

I'm 6 months pregnant and I watch/listen to your videos every morning while getting ready for work and every evening as I get ready for bed. My baby can hear at this point. He may think YOU are his mama lmao. He must hear your voice more than he hears mine sometimes!! That may mean when it comes time to calm him down, all I'll have to do it put on Katrina and Origins Explained and it will calm him and ME both down.
