Car
The engine is officially mounted in the car 🙌
Yesterday we fabricated motor mounts out of some scrap metal. Today we’re going to level up the engine to where we want it …

Why does this coupe sit up so high?
Also that heavy chop took the car out of proportions.
If you like it and it’s yours I guess that makes it cool to you.
FINA!!!
Weld iit to sleeve first complete then the rest and gusset bottom up to top
Cut ugly front firewall boxed behind fenders and move back and neaten.
This build is giving me lots of ideas for my 50 dodge business man Coupe it has the same front suspension i want to see what happened when all the weight is on it . For my 440
Motor mounts look weak i wouldn't put the mounts on that angle its going to need a lot of support at the frame point
love the show still watching got me every minute good work
Bad , un gros travailleur que Yolene met en évidence !!toujours du travail et aller de l·avant …thanks …
J ai atte de l entender tourner ce gros jouet
Getting rid of the exterior door hinges really enhances the great lines of the car
I wish you could get roof of exterior door hinges on the Buggatti
Exlnt fabrication… Looks Right on
Just one slip away from losing a finger or two for goodness sake Chad build a steel top bench with a vice on it …… I paid the price doing what you do now…..it’s only a matter of time.
Thank you SIR Nate. You sure make life more stable for Bad Chad. He loves your help and expertise. Hang in Sir, please.
Sigma 🫡🗿
Looking good
lift up the car and put wood in under the tires get the jack out from under the car then you can put the cherrie picker under the s
axel
😎🫡
HAPPY 16TH TO NATHENS LITTLE GIRL BEST WISHES 🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧 lol
BING BANG BOOM LOL
That's a big powerful engine
AMAZON next day del ,but there again seen you got $ .3 lol jolene looks after you
Like how you fabricate your own parts just shows your attention to detail
Now put the headers on .
You can separate the wishbone tailing arms and make brackets so they attach to the outer frame rails. Or better yet incorporate them in to the the transmission mount cross member with bushings. Having them split on each side of the transmission will provide a little more diagonal support as well as keeping the front and rear axles square to each other.. Be mindful of where you are going to run your headers and exhaust pipes.. Cheers!!
How are the headers going to fit?
Love the 50.. those interior colours are so 50’s.. and those tail lights look amazing….The chop is awesome too…. As for the 40, can’t wait to see it painted like the Hot wheels car and see you guys driving them both together, what a video that’ll be ….🤙😎
Are you going to reinforce the chassis before you cut it?
I like the T shirt that Nate has on, be cool to have one, except my T shirts have to have a pocket. The work is coming along. The only thing I would do is and a support to the motor mounts.
Great job Chadles and Nate dogg
good show😎👍
the amount of commercial breaks is disgusting, makes it very stressfull to watch if every 2 to 3 minutes the video gets interupted
Shaggy you need to invest in a laser
Chad looks like a little lost puppy… when Nate is there working !!!😂😂😂😂😂
What's going to happen when you lower the tail shaft and twists the engine mounts?
****I really like the approach from experience by Chad, and he knows when to not take prisoners, even if it means executing all of them. Though it's an unconventional project but focused on in a bullseye idea it is coming along with many viewers anticipation to see it succeed. I recently acquired a 72' Opel Rallye car that's unibody, but the problem it that its such a small car and I want it to haul arse! Beit German, maybe a b29 block with turbo. If I go with 21 inch width tires it would look like a one tire car in the back….
This production shows a good share of work, I like that, kinda had issues with some recently but this one is back on track. Nice
Love Jolene, really like Chad, Nathan is …. okay, but I don't see him staying.
If I gave a future it would be; Nathan and Chad butt heads again, and again, and they depart ways.
Jolene has her car built but also gets diagnosed having cancer, she and Chad do fight through this getting closer than ever with eventually after some years Jolene passes away, Chad has a huge memorial made for her that is just insane and her death effects Chads work to practically imploding as if his entire world has collapsed sinking into the darkest despair and as many considers suicide but to the hardcore fans he give his smile and says everything is, "fine" when its not.
I'm not sure when but somebody that does Custom Airbrushing steps in at sometime doing like a mural of Jolene and Chad as a 2gthr4vr thing or something similar.
There is a cross at play in this, for all people must die, it's knowing of their salvation, not by good works but by the blood of the Lamb of God. Somebody shares what is called, "The Gospel" and it is what keeps Chad and brings him back to succeed though its after having to go through
Hell on EarthNathan needs to think of a car accident either reflection or coming.
I keep seeing a little girl, not sure why, anyway. Just take it all like if I was writing a book.
Kinda like Chad would say, "Shoo Fly"
Another good episode!
I said that all the time. Chad needs to work off a table and not the floor. Take a whole foods advice 20 years from now you're going to wish you worked off a table keep up the good work my brother.
Looking great
just think about what is done in a garage with what you have the way it was done for years . yes everything in a modern speed shop is not done the same way. this is old school just like a lot of cars where done for a long time. that has lead us to todays cars the evolution of cars comes from modifying them from the first cars to today , thank you all for letting see how you do things your way
I have no idea why the engine is that far back (7:49 is where it goes). It doesn't make sense. It's pushing way into the interior and it'll create more heat on what's left of the firewall. I must have missed where you're trying to match the Matchbox car, but Matchbox isn't a real car builder. LOL
looking good
Put 8" blocks under each wheel , give some clearance for your hoist .
This build really shows Chad's coomitment to his dream car and Nate ability to design and engineer on the fly. Working with high hp engines in boats I would borrow from ther engine mounting practices…fabricate some mounts from bell housing to frame and additionly mounts on front of engine off the timing cover area
wow the monster 460 is in well done guys awsome job okay chad i know u have a lot on your plate but u ever thought of doing a rat rod but with left over parts from your yard
Definitely need to reinforce those brackets with the torque that big block is gonna twist….looking good
👌
Cool. Can also put spacers on carbs to lift breather up to desired look as well.
