  1. You need 3kw solar array to sustain a good ebike charging/storing system. 200w solar panel won't be enough, it will take days to charge the station while you're draining it in hours with ebike chargers. You'd better of getting a DC to DC power supply and save on efficiency but still 200w array is only to recharge your phone or laptop.
