Whenever I try to use matrix clean the robot just leaves the base for some seconded, then spins around and finally returns to the base – can you please help me?
I LOVE my shark robot vacuum. I am a disabled vet with mobility issues and the shark really helps keep my house clean, even though I am not able to clean myself on most days.
How do I get it to clean an area that was previously inaccessible? I thought I was supposed to be able to pick it up, put it in a spot, tap the “location” icon twice on the vacuum, and it do a 5×5 of the area. It completely ignored my area and goes back to doing whatever it wants in an unrelated area…..
I no longer have the “matrix clean” option in my app. Only the clean option. Your overseas support has been absolutely no help. Really frustrated after paying over $400 for this option to completely disappear 3 weeks into buying this robot.

Has anyone figured out how to have more than one mao at a time, I want to be able to clean both floors.
Why cant we use the matrix option on the whole map and not just one room at a time? Its suppose to be matrix not just single pass.
