#Ingredients :
-Chana Chaat
-Aloo (Potato ) Boiled
-White chany (Boiled)
-Sea (Apple)
-tmater (Tomatoes) Chopped 1 cup
-band Gobi (cabbage)
-MeethiDhani (Yougrt )
-Imli (Taramrind)
-Green Chutney
-Nimko
Meethi Chutney:
-Imli (Tamarind) 1 cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 cup
-Paani (Water) as required
-Sonth (Dry ginger powder) ½ tsp
-Paani (Water) as required
-Namak ( Black Salt) 1 tsp
-Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder) 1 tsp
Dough:
-Sooji (Semolina) 2 cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paani (Water) as required
-1 pinch Baking Soda
-Oil for frying
Directions:
Meethi chutney:
-In frying pan,add sugar, taramrind and water, mix until it becomes paste.
-Add red chilli powder,dry ginger powder, water and salt,mix well and set aside.
Kachori Dough:
-In bowl, add semolina,all-purpose flour,salt and water,mix and knead well to form a dough.
-Cover with damp cloth for 15 minutes.
-Knead again until smooth (5-6 mins)
-Grease working surface with oil and roll the ball with the help of rolling pin into a flat round circle.
-Cover pooris with damp cloth.
-Heat oil in frying pan and fry on low flame. Flip and press slightly.
-Fry until crispy and golden.
Assembling:
-Poke a small hole in the center of the kachori (or Poori).
-Add chana chaat .
-Add a little meethi chutney, yogurt.
