  1. our current civilization has made tremendous progress in a few decades or centuries, despite war and disease. you can guess what these old civilizations must have developed from what we know 11000 bce or even earlier until 3000 bce the traces of them have been erased very quickly but lucky that something remains, a shame that we don't know more about these fantastic masterpieces.

  2. This is totally awesome. I have never seen any of this before and I’ve seen a lot of archaeological digs. Thank you very very very much for bringing this. We applaud you.

  3. It's not that the city just popped up at a specific time either. The capacity to plan and build it also needed time. And the capacity to devise methods to do so needed time. And the capacity to develop the systems of knowledge needed to do so also needed time.
One thing about archaelogical theories always gets to me- their suppositions. For example, a figures is found, but then with it come all kinds of ideas about who that figure might have been. It would be more honest if they just said they don't have the foggiest clue and leave it at that. Instead they say who a figure might have been and then that somehow becomes accepted as fact.

  4. How many civilizations have been successfully hidden from our history. A civilization does not disappear by accident. It has been carefully removed by breeding, rewriting and burying it usually after conquest. A perfect example is how nearly comletely the Native American history has been eradicated. When i went to school they told us that there were maybe 3-30 million people in the "new world" when the spanish arrived. Now they are finding evidebce of cities and infrastructure for posibly hundreds of millions of people. It only took 300 years of rainforest growth and manifest destiny to erase what we once knew. Whitewashing our guilt by reducing the numbers still didnt make taking their land acceptable. Now we sit on our high horse complaining of invasions of our borders by people who have more of a legitimate connection to this land that we do. Men write history, people record it. That is why we call it his-story.

  5. I don't think the Egyptians built the Pyramids. They found them and then claimed them. Until someone shows me how the scoop marks in the Aswan Quarry were made ( by actually reproducing the scoop marks), I say BS to anyone who claims they know how these structures were made. Bronze chisels and dolomite hammers ? Give me a break !

  6. 400 million pounds of very dense very heavy basalt rock excavated to build the complex is an enormous undertaking. Even though it was such a massive project the detail is exquisite as are almost all of the temples and palaces in India. No place on Earth has as many beautiful monuments, temples and palaces as India does. These builders were highly advanced

  7. I think with shows the Buddhists fused themselves with local religious traditions with enthusiasm. The technical accomplishments were perhaps a legacy from educational centers like Nalanda.

  8. The Inca found Machu Picchu, if you go there you will see very different building styles! And two very different levels of skill!
However built it were far more advanced than the Inca!
You will see this at every Inca site, what they found vs what they found!

Our guide discredited the skill level would be in comparison to a cave man finding the Taj Mahal.

  9. I’m thinking civilizations were going strong by about 12,500 years ago. But it marks just part of the “prehistoric time” (before any recorded events). Since then we’ve have a couple restarts and archeology is finally revealing such a time.
The Bible and the Old Testament in particular records and most likely refers to the era of ~4000 years ago and the New Testament ~2500.

  10. The Inca didn't build Machu Picchu. They will all tell U that they found the megalithic stones & then added to them with the smaller stones cuz they didn't know how to create the megalithic stones!

  13. All these people build everything as it is going to last forever and then they somehow vanished with so little left behind. So little for us to know how and why. and for what purpose. Just huge monuments. I always wonder how many people were needed to build those structures and how they have feed themselves the intelligence behind creating it all is astounding. Some geniuses in prehistoric times. It required far reaching vision before they have even started. They must have thought long game because I do see how anyone could think they will see the finished product.

  14. I've seen many many videos on nan madal and NO ONE knows anything about it. No inscriptions. No clues. Only stories and myths about flying rocks but you must have come across someone who's past life was one of its inhabitants because you know EVERYTHING about it hahahahahahaha
