  1. Nice to see Saurav Ganguli ( I guessed right, didn’t I) teaching us a new dish with you, chef. I havre heard of soya badi .

    BTW, when you said soya is a rich source of protein for vegetarians, you must have meant Vegans? Because vegetarians can and do eat paneer, which is another rich source of protein, isn’t it?

    And also perhaps your research team needs to check this again. As I understand paneer has higher quality and quantity of protein compared to soya nuggets. But soya nuggets defatted and are low calorie protein rich food.

    So if one wants needs high energy for building muscles etc, with low carb diet then they need paneer. Those who are seeking to lose weight are best getting their protein requirement from soya nuggets. Assuming that both categories are vegetarians not eating any animal source for protein.
