  1. some red light panels are have near infrared feature. it is not a good idea to look at near infrared. but sure you are only using the red light feature and not near infrared.

  2. 🍒 Great info in this video, and I really appreciate the safety info at the end. Thank you for creating and sharing this information, and please keep up the great work!

  3. I don't know if it's helped my eyes but my skin looks AMAZING! I'm 52 and I'm always floored by the difference that my red light panels make for my skin!

  4. I've been standing in front of a red light lamp off and on for a few years for skin health. A few months back I realized I had stopped needing to put eye drops for dry eyes, can see road signs farther away, and can no longer see black floaters in my eye that I used to see once in awhile. My shoulder, which had a persistent mild pain from a volleyball injury stopped hurting. I figured the red light was helping my eyes, and not surprised to find this video talking about it. My red light came with eye covers, but I stand in front of it without them, but with eyes closed if I'm six inches close.

  5. I have thyroid eye disease and I'm wondering if red light therapy can help? I lost all sight in one eye and about 50% in the other. I had cataract surgery so I can see again…but the inflammation persists. Sounds like there aren't any recommended devices yet?

  6. Is there any research on myobian gland dropout. I am 85% in one eye and 70% in the other and my eye doc said I do not qualify for Ipl and other therapies. I was negative for all autoimmune antibodies.

  7. Someone in my family receives injections in the eyes for macula degeneration. he has no idea if it's expensive as you mention or not. He doesn't pay anything. By the way I live in an European country.

  8. Isn’t it better just to go outside on a sunny day and get light from the sun. This red light therapy is just for them to have a product to sell to make money . The sun is free and prolly 10 to 20x better then the best quality red light panels

  9. The real question is why do these fads work & then go out of style as of they stop working? I promise u these won't be popular in a decade even if nothing comes along. Red leds were some of the earliest & cheapest invented.

  10. Could red light therapy revive my vision? As a side effect of a back surgery, I lost some vision in my left eye, resulting in permanent « visionless » spots in the eyes sight. This is caused by the retina being « thinner » than on all other spots. The reason why that is, is because of some failure of bloodflow during the recovery phase of the back surgery. During the years my vision has improved in the legt eye, but it’s stll not completely healed, they even doubt that it will ever completely heal. So maybe this red light therapy can improve it even more ?
