  1. The frustration level is not worth it for the customers. I personally have solar companies knocking on my door at least 5/6 times a year! How long does it take to recoup the huge initial cost. If it’s more than a few years I’m not sure I’ll last that long.

  2. Sorry but solar costs have to come wayyyy down before I would invest tens of thousands of dollars in a solar system that would take me almost 20 years just to break even with.

  3. So here in NY…I've signed up for solar savings on my electric bill. Because the ones who are coming around signing you up for it. Well I've signed up over 3 yrs ago and yet to see any savings on my electric bill. Solar is a scam. Don't ever buy it through any company. So over priced it's ridiculous. People buy from these companies and it takes yrs to even see maybe any savings. Because your paying so much for it.
Solar might be ok for personal property. But on large scale. It's takes up a lot of land. Ruins wildlife habitat. Just looks bad.

  4. Why I never fell for the solar scam. I have neighbors who had to pay to have solar panels removed to replace their roof. Then, they were charged to have them reinstalled. It takes 20 years to go net positive for battery storage based solar systems.
