I wouldn't doubt if Carly was conniving enough to feign depression & other symptoms in order to see a therapist & ultimately get the Rx which would be a potential mitigating factor for the crime. If she's ASPD/sociopathic it could've been premeditated a long time in advance. Regardless, she's guilty of murder & needs a prison sentence. Whoever gave her that haircut should be examined, too.
