  1. This trend has been introduced to a lot of developing African countries. It’s trendy and expensive to eat processed foods than the real food they have been accustomed to for eons. It’s a shame!

  2. Adding the Gatorade bit at the end was the stupidest freaking decision ever, it completely invalidated everything she said even if it was correct and she said that even nutritionists cheat. It was the last thing left in peoples minds instead of being an offhand comment at the start before the information.

  3. What i do a lot is drink orange juice but i just takr two oranges and half a cup of water, i squeeze the juice out of the orange and eat the pulp. It is less of a hassle then eating two oranges in the morning. Also i do a high labour intensive job in hot and hard environments. The company always provides Gatorade and we always try to get the sugar free ones we need the electrolytes but Gatorade is just bad with all the sugar added

  4. Snacking probably doesn't help. You're not designed to be shovelling food down your gullet all day. Have proper meal times and eat proper food.

  5. Good info but this video felt so poorly done. Audio was not great quality. It’s like they accidentally did the onboard camera microphone instead of her lav mic.
And then drinking the Gatorade at the end wasn’t a great call. Makes the whole video taste sour.

  6. Wow this video was terrible. I bet they were paid by the big food industries. They said nothing healthy at all. Watch Dr. Berg, dr. Ekberg, and Dr. Berry to learn about healthy eating. These were all lies.

  7. But why are you saying if you make juice you only get Sugar aren’t most of the vitamins and minerals water solvable so get into the fruit juice as well? Obviously just the juice part and not the part in the outer skin but still there should be plenty of good stuff in the juice

  8. Girl, you’re a mess! Closing this out with Gatorade drink ???? And it’s ABSOLUTELY avoidable to cut out highly processed foods. You said a million times… EAT / COOK FROM HOME. What a joke!

  9. I'm a firm believer that less processed foods tend to be better for you, and that sugar is sugar! And since I'm not intolerant and there's usually a hefty pricetag with it I don't eat gluten free breads and foods, but I didn't know they were actually bad for you!!
