  2. Talking about the JW telescope and it's discoveries on a channel with the words Creation and Ministries in it is like having a channel called Men's Health and talking about Toxic Shock Syndrome.

  3. Astronomers and physicists are beyond thrilled with any evidence that refutes current theories. That’s the scientific method. It has no confirmation bias or motivation.

  4. No one is demanding that anyone believes in God, and we all have a right to have our own ideas. This man looks at the same data as other scientists and has come up with a different conclusion. I see nothing wrong with that.

  5. Trying to prove God with science is like asking what the color blue smells like. You're wasting resources on removing an aspect of faith that God clearly protects. Be stewards of our limited resources. God has greater plans for you.

  6. The Big Bang if anything coincides with the biblical idea of creation. We can clearly see it, and where it started. Now I understand that the age of the universe is where there is a dilemma, but in the universe time is relative to your reference frame. Science and religion are not the antithesis of each other. Even Darwin was a christian, and his theory of evolution never brings humans into the discussion. Also the earliest experimentation on genetics without knowledge of genes even existing was by the priest Gregor Mendel.

  7. This guy and other Christian fundamentalists are the only people who think the James Webb telescope debunks the big bang theory. If anything, it strengthens the theory. We have discovered there are millions of galaxies like ours in the universe. But in the Bible, God explicitly states that humans are special and made in God's image…. which makes no sense if God ALSO created every other galaxy in the universe, with potentially endless possibilities of other life forms in those galaxies.

  8. What he didn't tell you is the data from the James Webb Telescope suggests that the universe is much older than we thought, and it may not have had a beginning. This goes into the multiverse theory and quantum mechanics. The big bang still happened, just not when we thought.

  9. I'm just a couple of secongs into the video and he's already completely wrong. Scientists don't come up with conclusions and then try to defend them (like the Big Bang). If this were true, we'd still be attempting to bleed bad humors with leeches. No, what Science does is to come up with the best TENTATIVE model based upon the current data. So if James Webb does make a new discovery, that information will be used to improve the model. It will not be discarded in the hope that we can maintain the status quo of the model. Getting rid of the data or reinterpreting the data is what THEISTS do.

  10. Thé nan does not understand how science works. No one wants to rescue the Big Bang Theory; they want to formulate the theory that will replace it. And ‘God did it’ is not a theory, it’s a hypothesis, and a weak one at that.

  11. Wow!

It's like that show I once saw when I was a child.

You know. The one where the magician pulls a rabbit out of a hat. Only difference is, they are pulling entire galaxies out of the "big bang hat". Fully formed.

Just amazing isn't it. Then they call it science. What an embarrassment to science this is.

Good observation is still good science.

When the data routinely dissproves your theories. Get a new theory.
