Ramesh Jayaraman is a pharmacologist with three decades of experience in drug discovery and development in the pharmaceutical industry.
He was a member of the preclinical and clinical development teams for Pacritinib (VONJO) which has been approved for the treatment of Myelofibrosis.
His field of expertise is Pharmacokinetics (PK), Pharmacodynamics (PD), Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), Modelling & Simulation, Quantitative Pharmacology, Preclinical development and Clinical development of drugs.
He has published twenty-four research articles and written a book chapter on HDAC inhibitors in a textbook. He serves as an Editorial board member for the journal “Current Drug Metabolism”.
He is a consultant for drug discovery companies in the areas of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PK/PD)
