Ukrainian forces have managed to destroy a Tor battery.
The statement said, “In the direction, fighters of the active operations unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine together with HIMARS operators discovered and destroyed a launcher of the Tor anti-aircraft missile system”
It was reported that the PD-2 unmanned aerial vehicle, purchased with donations from the Come Back Alive Foundation, helped with the target identification.
Viewers may note that UkrSpecSystems PD-2 is designed for air reconnaissance as well as offensive use with the ability to carry warheads weighing up to 3 kg or 6.6 lbs and can take off from a runway, or be equipped with removable modules for vertical take-off and landing.

What people are missing is that Russian forces are heavily using EW which is preventing HIMARS from point an shooting, they need drones to cue targets for them
The US is sending Ukraine a permanent solution for this in the form of Home on Jam seekers for the JDAM and SDB
The Home on Jam seekers in particular for the SDB will be lethal as while Ukraine only has few aircraft able to use JDAMs
Ukraine can send Home on Jam equipped SDB to any of the 70 plus MLRS launchers effectively allow to destroy Russia's EW shield in a few strikes
