Carrie Clark’s beloved cat, Gelena, vanished from her home in Utah. Clark and her husband, Matt, searched everywhere. Six days later, just when they were losing hope, the couple received a stunning phone call. Gelena was found in a box at an Amazon Return Center, 650 miles away in Riverside, California. It turns out, the beloved cat had hidden in an Amazon box that was filled with shoe returns.

  1. So, when returning a box back to Amazon, you need to pick it up, carry it to and from your car into a location. If an animal is inside it moves and you would notice something incl. weight isn't right. Also, before you close the box and tape it, don't you check everything is in order incl. the return slip that needs to be placed inside?

  2. Advice for all cat owners. If you have cardboard boxes, it’s better to have those boxes folded and stored instead of leaving them open. If you want to use a box to store away or mail it to some place, always make sure you check the box before sealing it.

  3. Cats can be quite mischievous, so it's not unbelievable that this happened. I, too, had a cat that LOVED boxes. It's obvious that this cat is very loved so I'm glad they were reunited. 💓

  5. This guy is the poster child of those commercials where they play off of male incompetence and the guy is literally a bumbling doofus. I thought they were exaggerating. Sadly, I know many wives/gfs who would say that this is why they don’t ask their S.Os to help out around the house

  6. Before I ship out any boxes I make sure my cat isn't inside when tapping it by looking for her 😮 how did that get missed omgggg Im shocked she made it without injuries
