  2. I can't believe she is doing this and why do people call her a DOCTOR she is NOT a DOCTOR she even failed a nursing course OMG if you don't believe so please ask GOOGLE. I'd like for you to find out about her.

  3. Been fasting on and off for years I do 2 days then 1 day eating light sec day juice and vegetables broth with protein. Then eat normal 2 days and then I start over. But this works for me. I'm down to 185. From 235. And feel great working out 2 times a Day. And gym ever other day. And also swim.

  4. You don't need to fast you need to stop eating sugar ,processed food .
    Eat a balanced diet with a good mix of red meat ,chicken ,fish ,vegetables, fruits ,peppers ,mushrooms .great sleep and at least 7.5 hrs of sleep…then exersise well….just had my bloods done, and no inflammation ,liver,kidney, blood sugars perfect ..take your health into your own hands ,stay well people.
