  1. A few years ago my MD diagnosed me as pre-diabetic and advised I eat more meat and less carbs. Max two slices of bread a day. As I did not want my feet amputated I complied. Years later my A1C is 5.2. Note my father was a competitive runner at over 80 years ate a low fat high carbohydrate no Junk food diet. Worked well for him but deadly for me. Makes sense aftet Gary's podcast. Thanks for intel. At 70yrs am the oldest OG under the barbell at local YMCA. I believe the added muscle is a glucose "sink". Thanks for the Intel. 🏊🏋‍♂️🦊🧨
