Now let's think about this for a minute. One of the characteristics of black holes is that no light can escape, correct? Am I wrong about what I've heard astronomers say for years?

We've managed to come up with answers to explain this type of stuff and they make sense, but we have no idea if we're truly, truly right and I don't know that we ever will. For every one thing we explain, we end up with two more questions, but that's one of the things that makes space so incredibly fascinating. It would ultimately suck if we had all the answers.
