My wife recently passed away and I've learnt to enjoy life by myself yet people are constantly trying. Tofix me up with female friends of theirs. They don't get that I'm happy with life as it is. I'll never forget my wife and the time we had but I no longer feel the need to share my life with anyone else or worry about what is currently fashionable
If you don't let you children live their own lives they will never dev🎉the skills necessary to reach their potential and will be deponent mummy and daddy until they are no longer around. Even when they are old and infirm

These dulled colors are fine but I do not think older women should be condemned to wearing dull muted tones if they like bright colors. A bright color can bring joy to a person as well as add color to your face. We are living in a time when anything goes but we want to be careful too and look nice. Let's enjoy it and not feel we must tone

I’m 78 this year, and I truly believe these 5 factors are spot on. At this age, you start to realize that it’s not just about what you eat or how much you exercise — it’s also about your mindset, your connections, and your purpose. Staying curious, forgiving quickly, and laughing often… those things matter more than folks think.
To everyone watching this: take care of your body, yes — but don’t forget to feed your spirit too.
Wishing all of you good health, long life, and peace in your heart every single day
