I do understand having no trespasser on private properties. What are they doing other than being hillbillies in the woods. Are they destroying crops or killing farm animals or putting poison out somewhere. It seems as though they being intentionally being a pain because they see it gets a reaction. Let them do what they do as long as their not stealing, destroying or killing. My grandfather said always buy land even when it is underwater, because it will be there no matter what. It just land underwater , it will rise up when water run down. They can try and move the property line but the land will still be there. Good luck and will be following.
Where is this farm, town, county, state?
Where's the gate, broken fence, hole in the fence?
Where did they gain entry?
Where's the Entry location?
Actually, the fence post is on the opposite side of her property line… if it is her fence, she herself put up, shouldn't the fence post be on the inside of the fence, on her, their property line, not on the outside???
On a personal note, All my fencing I put up, my posts are on the inside, my neighbors fence line, separating part of my property line, is on their side??? And mine, its double fenced, is on my side, on my property line, and yes, it can be done.
Although, they might have a valid point, the evidence presented is just not valid?
Why didn't the fire department come see them, and how did they, the fire department gain entry, where did the gain entry onto there (side) of the property?
The tracts that were shown, were from heavy duty equipment, such as a farm tractor??? Fire trucks don't have heavy equipment tires on thier vehicles, even in rural areas??? Why didn't they go to see the fire department on their property, speak to the fire captain. She spoke as if speculating? Unsure of ehats happening? Just stop working for the day, no concern?
Something doesn't seem right? It's hard to make a decision.
All the photos seem to be taken on the other side of the fence? Folks just walking by, perhaps exercising? nothing in their hands?
No rope, equipment on the lawnmower, and riding a lawn mower might be kinda interesting. Could you he maintaining a walking trail?
Someone was walking a dog on the outside of the fence?
Could the guy have been stopped, or were hailed
Are there photos of these persons climbing the fence? Is your property cross fenced? Unfortunately, it seems like people just walking by, again, on the other side of the fence???
Unfortunately, is there any way to tell anything with this video evidence.
Perhaps, reposition the trail cameras in different angles, locations… a photos of the whole property line?
Sale land and buy somewhere else. Keep the peace
