I know what you mean by needing to use proper colors for your own art while admiring other peopleโs ability to use unrealistic colors. I do the same thing. It is easier to break out of the realism box in fantasy or sci-fi settings, which is why I love Kerby Rosanesโ Alien Worlds coloring book. I really liked the otherworldly feel of this. This is a great idea for using ink for actual painting since Iโve acquired quite a few different inks for my fountain pens even though I donโt do that much writing.
That looks so cool! I would totally buy a print or a sticker of that. Hint hint, wink wink.๐
Grand start to the series and some SciFi goodness. A bit No Mans Sky for me. I don't really paint with inks – draw yes – so this was very interesting.
Turned out great
Whoooo! This brings sunshine to my teary days. This girl is going through a rough break-up, so… thanks for keeping my head occupied for a little while :) The painting turned out really cool :)
