Heres the basic fundamental reason RDJ Doom happened. Kang wasn’t working. People weren’t excited. Majors legit couldn’t come back to a family company after being convicted for domestic abuse. So they needed a new bad guy at the last minute that could live up to fourteen movies and TV shows. If you bring in Doom at the last minute, he’ll seem exactly like what he is – a last minute creative decision that doesn’t entirely work in order fix the Kang problem.
So they need a way to tie it in to the larger story. They need a bad guy that you can already KNOW to some extent. That you understand is impressive and terrifying. That is connected to the core themes of the saga. That way it makes sense!
The bad version of this is, “somehow Palestine returned” but the background feeling is the same – we need a way to wrap this up, and if the finale’s bad guy in this trilogy isn’t good enough, then let’s make the story larger. Let’s make this NINE film saga have one fundamental bad guy, Palpatine, who appeared in the first one and brings it all together in the last one.
Now they messed that one up, because they had to do it all in one movie. But here we have another option – bring back the first founding creator of your movie franchise, who had complex moral arcs, and bring them back as a variant villain in the last parts of the second saga, only more powerful, more dangerous, more intimidating, more terrifying.
They could have done that as an evil Iron Man, but that wouldn’t necessarily work. They’d have to do a huge story about how that iron man turned evil, but then you also have to do another one about how they became powerful and terrifying enough to threaten the entire multiverse. And then you have to make them seem so impressive and different and scary from iron man that effectively they have to look like an entirely new character.
Or you can say, “technological genius? Messing with space and time? Suit of armor around the world? This also resembles another character we already know… holy s*** why don’t we have Doom be a Stark variant with a massively different background and cosmic powers”. It kind of works?
Imagine the next movie as being a story resembling time runs out from the comics. Imagine a Latverian Stark realizing that in order for his universe to survive, he has to destroy all the other universes. Imagine him losing his moral path as he destroys universe after universe like that story’s black priests. Imagine him facing the horror of what he’s doing and taking the name doom, and getting scarred and cruel and arrogant as he kills one then another then another then another. Imagine the fantastic four realizing what he’s doing and trying to stop him, but then their universe is destroyed. And now they’re escaping on a multiverse ship, and Doom Stark starts a new plan – to create a battle world spaceship that can save some people. And that the first film is telling his story in parallel with the formation of a multiverse avengers with them trying to stop him, not realizing his is the only way to save anyone. And they fail. And die. And then the universe reforms as battleworld with Doom as its god. And all the heroes bow down and worship him. TO BE CONTINUED.

Garbage science. There’s absolutely no way to determine an exoplanet’s actual radius or size without optical observations. The star’s movement from the exoplanets orbit cannot determine size only mass. I don’t understand why these theories gain any credibility.

All these unusual plannets, and no one wonders, could the math be wrong, maybe the observations aren't all that accurate, or maybe miss interpreted, nooo…. that couldn't be, they're only 600 ly away, that's next door in astronomical terms, clearly its got to be a cotton candy planet.

These compilations have legitimately become like mini holidays I look forward too every year/half year.. I'm being completely serious lmao.
Personally i would be excited for planets around red dwarfs with thick atmosphere but on the cold side of the habitable zone. Why? Because if it has a thick atmosphere, tidal lock is not a huge problem, the overall temperature would be pretty stable. High pressures also would enable all kind of liquids on the surface.
