It's so great when they learn to trust you. I am working with a black cat that comes into the house to eat when the doors are open. He lets me pet him. I have been giving him dry minnows too. Today I opened the door early am. He ate for about 15 minutes. I have him three dry minnows and he went out the door. I went outside and called him back and He actually came back to me for more pets. Slow and easy I am telling myself. His name I have been calling him is Jack Jack from the Incredibles movie.
We adopted two cats who were dumped in our neighborhood. 😢
