Here is the meditation technique do it everyday

Try sitting somewhere you feel comfortable, then try to sleep, you know what we try to do at night while trying to sleep right? Do it while sitting, don't try to stop thoughts just try to sleep while sitting, it's a trick to go into meditation, then after that, try focusing on 3rd eye if you feel tickling on 3rd eye then great, if not then put chawal tilak(rice tilak) which cause tickling, or try tickling with something, after that focus on the tickling on 3rd eye, after few days a time will come when you don't have to tickle it, it will automatically start tickling when you try to focus on 3rd eye, do it everyday and if you see something don't open your eyes, and later tell me if you saw something 👁️

If you can do it at morning then great , and after doing it in morning you can also do it anytime of the day as many hours you want but definitely do it at morning, And I also pour water infront of sun and see morning rising sun for 1-2 mins and do meditation
