NASAโs Voyagers Running Out of Time! #shorts #nasa
๐ NASAโs longest running space mission is running out of time! The legendary Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 probes, which have traveled over 29 billion miles, are slowly losing power. Each year, their instruments shut down one by oneโฆ and soon, they will go silent forever. ๐
But even as they fade, their mission isnโt over. These spacecraft carry the Golden Record, a message from humanity that will travel across the universe for millions of years.
๐ In this video, we explore:
โ
Why NASA is shutting down Voyagerโs instruments
โ
How long before these probes go completely silent

Voyagerโs time is running outโฆ but will we ever send another probe like it? What do you think? Drop your thoughts below!
Maybe they will hit God's big toe .
Well you canโt rely on a modern battery to do any better my mobile phone 25years ago would last a week nearly my mobile now days if I used it for 20-30minutes Iโm down to 40% ๐๐ Voyager 1.2 & 2.2 would have to be the size of a skyscraper and stocked full of modern batteries to make it past Saturn ๐ช let alone 40+ years
This is all lie you want to say in 1977 technology was very good you make me laugh this is story for children
Voyager 1 has joined the chat
They're barely out of our system's influence. I never understood when they were launched as to why because they really served no real purpose.
I was 2 when these were launched. ๐ฎ๐ฐ๏ธ๐จโ๐๐พ๐๐ช๐ญโ๏ธ๐ฝ๐ธ
Its best they get wrecked we don't want hostile entities to find us cause of their existence, I think its a bad idea unless we get up to par to the technology of that entity to defend ourselves just in case
Edit fixed a typo
I hope we're around to find out
Never understood why we never sent or setup any other long range long term probes like the Voyager 1 & 2
Yes we did send another probe. New Horizon is on its way out.
We don't need probes, let alone Space X when we have govt whistleblowers telling us we have downed UFO's in our possession!
I was 6 when this voyager launched.
