    My point is, you don't have to take any drugs like rapamycin and its analogs at all. A healthy lifestyle and eating real food, avoiding grains (inflammation), avoiding all processed and refined carbohydrates, keeping your total carbohydrates to 10 mg a day ( handful of raw pecans and half an Hass Avocado) is all you need.

  7. Which of her lifestyle factors was undermining her cell senescence? Are you saying that ordinary people outside of supervision should not go onto a rapamycin protocol to try and improve their cell senescence or for weight loss? This didn’t answer nearly enough questions.

  8. I take Rapamycin weekly and a Dasatinib 3 times quarterly.
    First time I took Dasatinib I felt horrible. As time has gone on the effect has gotten less and less.
