There's a game called 'Never Again'. I don't remember exactly what happened, but I managed to get killed by this doll creature that was chasing me around. Instead of spawning back into that level, instead I found myself in this void. I saw a bunch of weird things like a leg that's on fire and the doll creature kept saying 'no one cares about you'. I wish I recorded that cause I've never gotten it to work again.
