This Simple Healthy Food Advice Will Change Your Life Forever. In a recent directive, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued a request to all e-commerce platforms, urging them to eliminate any drinks or beverages, notably Bournvita, from being categorized under the label of “Health Drinks” on their respective websites.
During its investigation, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights discovered that there is no specific definition for a “Health Drink” under the FSS Act 2006, along with the accompanying rules and regulations provided by FSSAI and Mondelez India Food Pvt Ltd.
The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, which is a legal entity established under section (3) of the commission for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, conducted an investigation pursuant to Section 14 of the CPCR Act, 2005.
