I am meat based, usually under 10 total carbs (not including whatever you get from eggs) and can have days that are more keto. Also, my food quality is not the best. I buy the cheapest meat and eggs 🤷🏻♀️

Have wanted to know how to comment for a long time but didn't know how. Think I now have it. Been on carnivore for almost a year. It stopped me from reflux almost every night. This corrected almost immediately. ❤

Carnivore diet omad usually eat between 5 and 6 in the evening. I do extend my 24 fast to 48 or 72 in a pattern.
These descriptions of the various physiological processes are hard to follow.
I am not familiar with many of the scientific words and as a result I have to take your word for a lot of what you are presenting here.
Another point is that you are using the same AI voice that is used by most Utube advertisers and so subconsciously I find myself discounting what you are saying because so many of the UItube ad's are BS.
After the first 6 minutes I realized I was learning nothing because of the above factors combined.
I suggest you re-think your descriptions, explanation and presentation format
My journey so far. F, 5'9", 215 lbs on June 9, 2024 with prediabetes, depression, anxiety, and history of heart disease. Daughter, age 51, died of stage 4 pancreatic cancer on June 1, 2024. I learned it was a metabolic disease. My thirst to get and be healthy started then. Keto was my start and I joined Dr. Boz 21 Day Metabolic Kick in Sept 2024 which helped me better understand the process and benefits. By December 2024 I was 180 lbs, my mind and behavior began to improve. Migrated through more learning and began incorporating carnivore. Now, almost full carnivore, reversed diabetes, plaque score 1, mind and mood never better. And met goal weight 165 lbs. My lifestyle!
There are NO published papers by Claire Duff to be found anywhere on the Internet to support these claims. I follow a carnivore diet – but BS spreading like this isn't good for anyone.
Oh lots of people try to praise diet when it’s simple weight loss .
Weight loss can fix sleep apnea , high blood pressure etc etc . not diet magic just weight loss .

People are omnivorous omnivores . Simple . Can do well eating meat , vegetables , fruits ? nuts , seeds , bugs .
People living to 100 or so some with not bad health on various diets . Diet is not main thing. Genetics is big factor . Some people have allergies Carnivore can help . Or some conditions MS ?

LMAO!!! My wife is a health coach, with functional brain health tossed in. She's been telling me about carnivore for years. It was originally a brain health/ restore diet, a huge side benefit is teaching your body to burn fat reserves instead of sugar. Quite the health restorer, along with intermittent fasting.
I'm pretty sure she could teach these university posers a thing or two.

I’m following a meat diet after being vegetarian for 35 years…I’m on a very low carb diet…76 1/2 years old on no medication 💊.. no illnesses.. I exercise a lot..I eat between 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.. I fast between 16 – 17 hours..
Disappointing that not a word from the female scientist featured.
Meat samples too lean, or at least the first part.
After 10 years, 3 doctors and a dermatologist, I gave up on "std. medicine" and looked for an alternative to cure my psoriasis. Only the carnivore diet showed promise. 4 months later it was gone, no more intense early morning itching! BTW I've got $100s of anti itch meds if anyone needs some. Just pay for the packaging and shipping.
