#Ingredients:
-Oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Gajar (Carrots) chopped 1/2 cup
-Band Gobi (Cabbage) 1/2 cup
-Chicken Boiled & Sherdded 1 Cup
-Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan Powder 1 tsp
-Lal Mirch powder (Red Chilli Powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-1 Cup Milk (Doodh)
-Aloo (Boiled & Mash potatoes) 1 Cup
-Ice cream sticks
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) whisked as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a pan,add oil,onion,green chillies,chicken,cabbage,carrots,lehsan powder,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Take out in a bowl,add potatoes & mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (40g) & make a ball.
-Insert ice cream stick & shape like a lollipop.
-Dip into whisked egg then coat with breadcrumbs (makes 19-20).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
Option no: 1 Frying
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry chicken lollipop on medium low flame until golden & crispy.
